Although, Usain Bolt is yet to be signed to any football club, he’s still training with Australian club, Central Coast Mariners FC.
However, the club is likely to push him a bit further by getting him involved in a preseason friendly on Friday.
Since he started training with CC Mariners, the Jamaican star has been working hard to prove he’s made for football.
On Tuesday, he was seen taking part in a range of passing and shooting drills before playing a half-field game.
About his possible participation in the upcoming game, CC Mariners head coach, Mike Mulvey said:
“For this Friday, it comes down to what the fitness coaches tell me with regards to how his body’s coping with the loading we’ve got at the moment. But I would imagine he’s going to be playing some part on Friday.
Well, you’ll see that on Friday, he can play in a number of positions.”
Although, Bolt featured in some football games in the past like Hublot’s ‘Match of Friendship’ and UNICEF’s ‘Soccer Aid Game’
However, none of them have been for a professional football club.
