Following the release of his latest album, K.O.D which he first performed in Nigeria,
J. Cole announced that he would be hosting the first-ever Dreamville Festival in Raleigh, NC.
At the time, he didn’t reveal the official line-up but fans were eager to find out what J. Cole had in store for his inaugural music festival.
The festival was expected to take place this weekend but unfortunately, J. Cole has revealed that it’s been canceled.
J. Cole revealed that his inaugural Dreamville Festival won’t go on as planned this weekend.
Due to warnings of Hurricane Florence, Cole and the Dreamville team decided to pull the plug on the event.
He took to Twitter to share the news.
Mannn. Due to this Hurricane heading to NC, we have to cancel Dreamville Festival.
We’re working to get another date, but right now safety is most important.
I appreciate everybody that was headed to rock with us. 30,000 + were expected.
