Birdman And Lil Wayne Finally Puts 3 Years Old Beef To Rest

The 3-year feud between Birdman and Lil Wayne is finally over!

This comes after Birdman made a public apology to Lil Wayne during the annual Lil Weezyana Fest in New Orleans.

According to TMZ, Birdman took the mic during the Saturday concert to say he was sorry while adding

“I knew this day was going to come, but I didn’t know when it was going to come.”

“I don’t know what ya’ll know. But I know what the f*ck I know, and I know how I feel about what I know. I knew this day was gon’ come, but I didn’t know when it was gon’ come.

Birdman qualifies their relationship as one that will last a whole lifetime.

I wanted to apologize to my n**ga worldwide. That n**ga put his life in my hands and I’m real with that n**ga, we gon’ do that sh*t ’til the day we die. It’s YMCMB for death.”

This public statement comes after the pair’s legal battle.Lil Wayne ultimately settled with Cash Money for $51 million in June.

Birdman’s appearance confirms the words of the rapper’s lawyer, Ron Sweeney.

“The matter has been amicably resolved to the satisfaction of all parties. In terms of the particulars, we’re prohibited legally from saying anything further. I can say that my client is happy. He is his own man, a man that owns his assets, his music and himself. At some point, Wayne will let his fans know what’s going to happen next.”

Following the apology, the rappers hugged and performed hit song Still Fly together to the excitement of fans present.
